What are the requirements for the car washing site and control room?
Electricity Power Supply
- 230V (Single Phase) & 400V (Three Phase) 60A, 4 or 5-wire power system.
- Three Hot Wires (L1, L2, L3) that carry three-phase power.
- One Neutral Wire (N ) serves as the return path for the current and allows for the distribution of single-phase power.
Sewage
- Drain the car wash wastewater into the sewage
Water supply
The car washing site occupies an area equivalent to 3 to 4 standard car parking spaces.
At some car washing sites, shelters are not permitted, which is acceptable, but this also means there is increased maintenance required under sun and rain exposure. Nonetheless, it is crucial to provide minimal cover for the control room to protect electrical equipment.
We do not use any harmful car washing chemicals. Commonly found dust, wastewater, or debris are directed into the existing public drainage system. If required, we can provide an optional water filter for the car washing site.
